Just a short walk from Hartlepool centre, we’ve radically transformed 3 streets of Victorian houses to create a fabulous new neighbourhood of homes to let. We’ve kept all of the beautiful heritage features while adding in everything a busy modern lifestyle demands.

Lovely decorative Victorian brickwork has been revealed by stripping off all the ancient render and paint. Inside, the houses are unrecognisable! They’re open-plan, bright and airy – and for larger homes, we’ve knocked 2 houses into one.

Every home has a private courtyard garden. We’ve also created Garden Square, a big green space where you can relax as a neighbourhood community. It even includes a children’s playground!

The Green is just to the north-west of Hartlepool town centre, so everything you need is within easy reach. Primary schools (including one ‘Good’ and one ‘Outstanding’) are a short walk away, and there’s a secondary school 5 minutes away by car.

4 bus lines run from a stop just outside the leisure centre, but if you’re heading further afield then the train station is just a mile away.

Being so close to the town centre, a multiplex cinema and the marina means there’s always plenty to do. And the huge green space of the cemetery on the other side of Hart Lane, with all its spreading trees and birdsong, lends peace and tranquility.
