Following the recent award for Best Residential Development at the Insider Liverpool City Region Dinner earlier in May, Placefirst’s regeneration of the Welsh Streets has been shortlisted in four categories at three major industry awards.
The Sunday Times British Homes Awards 2018
The Sunday Times British Homes Awards celebrates exceptional design in all things home. It is the only honours that recognises every aspect of housebuilding – from one-off houses to major developments, interiors to landscaping, individual extensions to placemaking on a grand scale.
The Welsh Streets has been shortlisted in two award categories:
- Housing Crisis Solution
- Development Transformation of The Year
The award winners will be announced at a gala lunch in London on Thursday 20th September 2018.
Building Awards 2018
Building is the UK’s leading construction magazine and the awards are the industry’s longest running and most prestigious recognition of excellence.
The Welsh Streets has been shortlisted for Best Refurbishment.
The Building 2018 Awards will take place in London on Tuesday 6th November.
Inside Housing Development Awards 2018
Inside Housing is a leading housing industry magazine and the Development Awards are an opportunity for landlords, developers and architects to enter their best developments and teams to be recognised within the UK housing market.
The Welsh Streets is a finalist in the Best Build for Rent Development category.
The Inside Housing Development Awards will take place in London on Thursday 29th November.
